I'm less and less likely to wind up at Starbucks with the proliferation of craft roasters and Dutch Bros. here in The Springs. But the other night I stopped in to this location to get some work done. When I lived on the west side of town I could be found here regularly. I'm not sure how long ago they did the remodel but I love it! Before it felt really cramped and it was hard to find a seat. Not so anymore. The "community table" is a great touch as well. The staff is as friendly and goofy as ever.

This Starbucks is always busy inside and through the drive through. However this highly trained staff works as a team and is very efficient and gets you out quick. So don't be discouraged by the lines it moves quickly.

I actually used to work at this location. Returning, I realized the drivethrough has gotten slower and repeadedly given me shoddy drinks--even for a starbucks. What's more, I realized you cannot leave the drivethrough once in it! and once, when I was in it, they messed up a major order and it took 15 minutes to correct! 15 minutes and everyone was stuck in the drive thru. The cafewas remodeled a year and a hlf ago and it's wierd. It's like drinking coffee in an airport. Open with no defined smace: like a cafeteria in a school. Nice furnature, and lots of seating, for sure, but no intimacy.

I hope I don't lose my Elite status for giving a chain coffee place 5 stars, but screw it. I used to commute from the Springs to Denver everyday and let me tell you, when you've done a 12 hour shift and all you want is to sleep but you have another hour and a half to get home, you want a smile, a pretty face and good service for your coffee, chai, muffin, bread, or whatever for the ride home, especially in the winter. This Starbucks did exactly that every time I came through their drive through. I mean e-v-e-r-y time. I always left a little more chipper and positive about the drive home - the super friendly and attractive staff had a way of making things better, and that's worth 5 stars. Now I have to go into the Yelp witness protection program.

I literally created this yelp account specifically so that I could rate this Starbucks location. I had my purse stolen at a gas station up the street and came to this Starbucks in hope of using a phone. Not only did they let me use the phone, but they also saved my ass that day! Each staff member was incredibly nice and sympathetic towards my situation as I attempted to sort out a plan to get myself home (which was five hours away) with my fuel gage reading "5 miles to empty". Inside my stolen purse, was all of my cash, credit, and debit cards, which left me stranded with no family or friends in the state that could help me and no drivers license or other form of identification needed to pick up any funds that could be wired to me. While using the phone, the staff provided me with a chai tea and breakfast sandwich free of charge. The kindness each member bestowed upon me was far beyond any sort of expectations I had, especially considering that they were VERY busy. An amazing staff member named Kalib took things one step farther by giving me money from his own pocket and refusing to provide me with his information so that I could repay him. I was blown away at the generosity and kindness that came from this man's heart. In a world where this type of selflessness is almost nonexistent, Kalib and his fellow Starbucks coworkers restored my faith in humanity. I will without a doubt "pay it forward" and be forever grateful for my encounter with the people at this Starbucks location. If by chance any of the employees of this location ever reads this: FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART- THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

My review is for this visit only, otherwise I would give four stars. This time, I ordered a nonfat hot chocolate, no whipped cream. The girl who took the order made the beverage and put whipped cream on it, and when I reminded her what I ordered, she said, " I can remove the whipped cream from the top if you'd like". Wrong answer. I think she missed the customer service portion of her training. So I had them remake the beverage, and a pleasant young man got the order right. Most of the time, the service here has been pleasant but not always speedy.

I stop at this Starbucks at least once a week and it's my favorite one in town. The coffees are always consistently made and they're good, the service is always fast and friendly, and there's usually a quiet place to sit if I want to. The drive through is usually jam packed in the morning but it goes pretty quickly. This is a busy place so expect to wait a little bit, but for as many people as you will usually find here it's pretty darned good.

This is a very unfriendly location that plays really obtrusive and cruddy music way too loud. I have been here 3 times with my dog and asked them to turn the music off outside as it really is ugly when they don't do that. Once they did turn it off, but twice they simply told me that they couldn't turn it off, which is what? ...a lie... I do believe, since they once did turn it off when previously asked to do so. My question is... why is it even necessary to ask that this music not be blasted into our ears? Who actually needs this noise?

Seems like every old man and woman in town was in here. Tables filled with people using this place as their office. Papers. Lots of papers. No one in this city has figured out laptops yet, so the wifi was screamingly fast. Normal Starbucks service/quality.

A decent Starbucks. I needed to spend an hour with my laptop, and I appreciated the large multi-person table with electrical cords. Nice ambiance. Staff seemed fast and competent. As for the coffee, it had that charred taste that Starbucks coffee is known for. That takes away a star.

The music is usually too loud and they are constantly upselling pastries and new drinks. Then when they hand you your 160 degree drink, they ask you to taste to "make sure it's perfect". No thanks, I don't want the roof of my mouth to blister.

Love this location! Nice, clean, trendy, with lots of room inside and out. Staff are very friendly, especially to my Scottish husband.... so again I found myself waiting for just a regular un-sweetend ice tea while the gals giggled and chatted with my handsome hubs. It's a good thing the tea and lemon pound cake was delicious :) Even sent my hubby back in for a tea refill and he came out with a larger one than the first and it was FREE. There are many perks to being married to a gorgeous Scotsman with a thick brogue!!!
